  • Constant Weight = depth dive with fins, no change in ballast
  • Static Apnea = breathold lying still in a pool
  • Dynamic Apnea = distance covered underwater in a pool
  • No Limits = the diver descends without swimming using a heavily weighted "Sled" then normally ascends using a scuba tank to fill a lift bag and/or use of a winch.
